If it's Van Helsing himself (the pictured one) the monsters have a good chance

The monsters have a huge speed/agility advantage, and Drac can pretty much only be killed by his own teammate... and they're cuter so that has to count some.

@acrokat: But Team 1 has the advantage in power and Bane has a huge advantage in combat skills and tactics.

@purebadass: The power category is not by a huge margin, and skills and tactics don't help too much when the person you're fighting moves too fast for you to see, plus the monsters pretty much have knives on their hands, Bane and Croc would be cut down before they could think.
