Who wins & why?

Avengers. Hulk can pretty much neutralize both Mr. Terrific and Stargirl's weapons in this fight through Banner Tech, although i'm uncertain about what an in-character Doc Green would do with Banner Tech given he never used it. A non-jobbing Doc Green would make the best use of it, but then again, he has no feats to support him going to route.

I still think the Avengers have greater heavy hitters, ergo, their potential to win is also greater.

@ghostravage: I thought he used teleporters and such. That's what I meant by Banner Tech. I can omit that.

@nima_: The teleporters were an amalgamation of Leader's and Banner Tech with his own and he had it in his fingerprints. He wasn't much of a "tech-based" guy like Banner was. If you refer to the very limited gear he had on some occasions, then you must certainly take the "Banner-Tech" label off him.
