Why?
One of my favorite thing in fiction is the depiction of what we consider ''street level'' combat. I love the imagery of the fist flying, the bullet dodging, and the aiming and shooting. I've never been exactly a fan of series with characters with giant planet bursting bombs, omni-anything, or character that could blink something out of existence and I've always hated full on magic. So what better to show my appreciation for the street level characters then to make a tourney dedicated to them.
What?
In this particular tourney you won't be necessarily just proving that your character can beat your opposing team you'll be proven whether or not your character can complete certain objectives before the opposing team.
How?
So what are the limitation ?
- 5 characters
each one of these characters will have a different titles and set of limitations, so lets see.
Character 1: The Leader
This character is just your plain default character.
- 0-5 Tons
- Bullet Reaction Speed
- Wall - Normal Sized Car Striking feat
- Durability: Should be susceptible to 2 tonner damage + effected by bullets
Character 2: Shooter
This character will HAS to normally use long distance projectile based weapons,and some type of armor.
- up to 3 tons
- bullet reaction speed
- Armor - Can at best Tank a missile
- damage feat has to mostly do with the character's weapons
Character 3: Close Range Weapons/Fighter
This character has to primarily use close range(mostly hand held weapons and such)
- 0-4 tons
- bullet timing reactions
- Can take 3 tons worth of damage
- large pillar busting hits
(basically your like your leader character with a weapon)
Character 4: Trump Card
He's da best
- up to 10 ton
- machine gun reactions
- durability can take small building bursting attack
- small building bursting attack
Character 5: Unusual Guy
This guy has to have some type of unusual ability and or appearance
- 5 ton
- machine gun reaction
- truck bursting limit
- can get hit by a truck(limit)

Will there be prep
yeah not all round tho
can I have powers outside of the specific character motif
Well...kinda as long as your character fits the range and specifics then he can have abilities outside what was covered ex. Let see if you wanted Zuko for close range, that's okay since he still wield blades.
When is each round over with
When I stop them...(1-2 weeks)
is tp or tk allowed
Tk: you can't lift more then 5 tons worth of things and your powers only work on non living think.
Tp: Only can read minds nothing more.
and please if you guys don't think you can be in the tourney plz don't join serious I don't want to have threads without any post from both side.
what powers don't you want
blood bending, soul catching/killing, probability/luck powers, reality warping, intangibility,phasing, tp dismembrament,time control. stuff like this this is WHAT I DON'T WANT
What about Healing Factor
We're doing vampire rules, character can regenerate from any thing except decapitation or a shot to the brain.
STREET LEVEL to Low low mid tier don't be a jerk.
