Aquaman would win. No question. The only thing Namor has on him is that he can fly. But I don't think Awuaman would have too much trouble with his little ankle-wings

Yeah. Underwater Namor can hang with Marvel's toughest. Aquaman doesn't have the same level of feats. "

That's probably the single biggest feat Aquaman has. Thing is, it doesn't really look like a whole city block to me... More like a single building, or a building sized street. I see a building crashing down to the far right, but that could be just from upsetting the landscape, not necessarily lifting the city from underneath it.

I've seen this fight before...sort of. Aquaman won in the Marvel vs DC crossover. I still think Aquaman would win due to the magic hand he has. Namor is cool, but sadly Aquaman wins the fight.

Just to note, Aquaman won in the crossover because he summoned the sea creatures to fight for him.

I dont think its about strength here, more about whose the better tactician / or more versatile.

It may be his single greatest "Strength" feat, but undoubtedly he has better feats in other areas. I believe (cant say for certain) that there are several references made within that arc (and later stories) about him moving a city block. He has other strength feats that are harder to calculate, such as breaking free from Wonder Woman's full nelson and man handling Superman on land (but there could be several factors for that) such as Superman jobbing, Aquaman's magic hand, and Superman jobbing. But he has a couple other good showings against top level tanks which is why I question if in fact Namor is stronger. For the sake of argument lets say he is, I dont believe its by such a margin that it could be considered a major advantage. "

I don't think Aquaman really have the feats that puts him above Namor strength wise, I wouldn't put him (far) beneath him either though. And while Namor basically has his super strength and durability (and a not much used power of mimicing sea life), Aquaman has a myriad of powers especially with his magic hand, so i'm giving it to Aquaman.

I give it to Aquaman.  His ability to reach back to the marine ancestors of the mind and shut a  person's mind off is pretty deadly.
