I'm a big Apocalypse fan, and I don't recall their feats of the cartoon off hand, but Apocalypse SHOULD be able to use matter manipulation and turn them into talking ducks.
HOWEVER, since for some dumb reason, he never goes all out and is considered an earth-level threat at best...the League take this.
With no rules given, they could BFR Apoc to the moon.
