Round 1:

• Random Encounter
• Standard Gear both sides (No Jarnbjorn for Uriel)
• Fight starts 50 feet from each other in a gladitorial stadium
• Victory via death, ko, incap.

Round 2:

• Same rules but Uriel gets Jarnbjorn

midnight's spear gives them a range advantage.

if they can get in close (but still out of range of corvus's staff which cut open hyperion) then the twins could use the burning for eternity acid stuff

Corvus and Proxima. Proximas spear was able to subdue Hulk and would easily incapacitate one of the twins if not kill. Corvus' glaive can apparently cut atoms.

I would imagine Corvus has some telepathy resistance from the last issue of New Avengers.
