Sorry, but Molecule Man wins this. The only entities in the Marvel Universe that MM can not curb stomp are TOAA, Eternity/Infinity, Death and the Living Tribunal. End of story he wins. Even eternity claimed MM was so powerful that it worried Eternity and the LT agreed with him, but still would do nothing about it.

You really don't get or understand Molecule Man, do you? Saying that you change the Molecule Mans Molecule's to something else to beat him is like saying your going to throw Superman in the Sun to beat him! that's just idiotic!

it depends in which incarnation of mm if its prerecton then he bests abraxes and beats antimonitor who is equel to spectre who rivals LT. though he couldn't kill antimonitor considering you have to be able to alter reality to kill a cosmic tier being .I say he beats him but cant kill him. but regular owen reece antimonitor wins hands down
pre-retcon MM made LT shit his pants, who'd in turn make abraxas look like a mountain of piss, who'd in turn make anti monitor look like a disney film. Post retconned version got murdered by Sentry

Totally different/retconned molecule man to Secret Wars MM!
Even the cosmic cube version of Molecule Man was pretty badass though, even he has trans-multiversal feat in his fight with Beyonder, this one he won.
Also Sentry vs Molecule man, after from it being written by Bendis, Beyonder who was created out of Molecule Man's own subconcious stated Molecule Man wanted to lose.
MM is a bit of a jobber, and has self imposed limitation, but without that even cosmic cube version is an absolute beast.

It is like with Thor - Thor was never depowered and he still can use all of his powers (besides time ones). LT was always that powerfull, even if he didn't seem to be for You in his first comics. BTW, I am not sure which ones came before and which after SW. I never even wanted to know, since LT's power level never changed.
