Rules

• 7pts for characters
• 5pts for perks
• Only animated characters are allowed. Generally no Anime, RWBY, Lego series, Tie in comics, or Gameplay cutscenes
• If not specificed, character is composite of listed appearances
• If you want to use a character not listed here they must be approved first. Even if I know the character I may ask to see feats so be prepared to provide them
• If a characters point allocation doesn't make sense bring the character and why it should change to my attention
• I have final say on all matters

Battle Conditions

• Win by Death/KO/Incap
• No BFR of other characters (however you can BFR items, clones, summons ect)
• Standard Gear
• Random Encounter
• No prolonged intangibility
• No permant infecton or conversion
• No offensive telepathy
• No Telefrag/drop
• In character and morals on but determined to win
• Canon knowledge a character would have about another character, they do have (the relation does not effect them wanting to win)

Outsourced Production (Character Perk) - 2 pts - One character on your team can use an additional show/movie for their feats (must be approved)

Moral of the Story (Character Perk) - 1 pts - Pick a character on your team. You can swap that characters morals with any other character on your team

Recap Episode (Team Perk) - 2 pts - Everyone on your team now has basic knowledge of the opposing team

Musical Exposition (Character Perk) - 3 pts - Pick a character on your team and on the opponents team. Your character now has full knowledge of that character or the opposing character has no knowledge of your character.

Crossover episode (Team Perk) - 3 pts - You team now has perfect teamwork

Saturday Morning Marathon (Team Perk) - 2 pts - Your team has showed up prepared for the long haul. Take 30 minutes of ad free time to prep (prep is on the battelfield but can not directly affect opposing team)

Plot Armour (Character Perk) - 3 pts - One character on your team, with a point value of 3 or less, has a one time revival. Thus they must be KO/Killed/Incap'ed twice in one match.

@monarch_chronicle: Well..Raven also has intangibility and her TK makes her one of the strongest characters in this tourney. Those plus teleportation and telepathy makes her an easy 5 IMO.

Zaheer is tough to cost. He isnt too durable but his lack of morals (bending the air out of the earth queens lungs) mixed with his true flight mean he is high-ish

Waybig is original series, Four Arms was an easy 80 tonner, Ghostfreak can phase and possess people, Diamondhead is nigh indestructible, Heatblast can melt tanks

Way Big isn't a part of the original 10, Cyborg and Starfire are considerably stronger than that, Danny, Vlad and Raven can also do that, Diamondhead can still be put down by several characters and he's not the only one that can destroy a tank.

location and time of day will be random (the same across the board each round tho)

So if I choose an abandoned warehouse and noon, they will be the same for each match during that round
