He was withstanding blows from Diana that were shaking Metropolis. Kara gets wrecked even if shes probably faster

It literally killed Superman to perform that neck-breaking feat, and it's honestly PIS just to save Lois.

It was made clear that Clark is decidedly inferior to Doomsday. Kara wins, she's better in every single category.

Haven't watched today's episode, but she got some decent speed feats in S4. And Red Daughter was shaking a mountain with her hits, but we don't know how she scales to Kara.

Kara should beat him. Superman didn't show that much speed, and Kara should be slightly stronger than Diana, so I see Clark perfectly losing in close combat. Other than that, Supergirl's FB and HV are much more powerful based on statements and feats
