@jooosh1996: super namekian piccolo was stronger than imperfect cell and 16. I think goku was stronger than that piccolo in the android movie tbh. It had to take a lot more than ss1 as super android 13 humiliated him and cracked his nuts. Though 16 did step up the plate in the cell saga I'll admit
