Marvel's Avengers from movie (Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Loki, Phil Coulson, Maria Hill, Dr. Erik Selvig and Nick Fury).

+ Full powered Galactus(Good)

Round 2

Same shit as above but marvel get 5 years prep but do know what to expect, but dont know much info. e.g they fight dc before and comming back for round 2.

Round 3

JLU get Spectre

I'd have to do with DC with all 3. Flash could probably solo the avengers while the rest of the team take out galactus and then with the spectre its an easy win.
