Battle takes place in Antarctica.

The other battlers believe in Jack, Elsa has full control over her powers, Katara is at the level of mastery she had at the end of season 3, Ice Man is post-retcon.

Blood lusted, win by KO or Death.

Elsa easily. The cold never bothered her.
