My friend Kai was feeling a wee bit down and so I thought let's color one of his fave character....so la daahhhh

I did selective color holding and glowing on the kyrptonite chains. I really hope I did well....I showed Kai early on and he liked it so that's a good thing....right?

I think you have to pay a bit more attention to where light is coming from. If it's from the right of the page you could highlight sg's hair on that side and lighten the blue and red of her costume too.

I don't think the brown is your best choice of bg colours either because it isn't representative of anything in particular. I straight fade isn't as effective as split tones either.

Maybe you could put light blue eye shadow over her eyes to bring them out a bit more too.

Yeah she doesn't wear it. Although she does wear lipstick and doesn't it seem bizarre that she goes out in public and does something no other girl alive does..? Plus the blue goes with her leotard.

Mind you I've been slammed before for giving advice so I'm zipping my cakehole.

@artyom: I still draw when I am going from here to there. If it makes you feel better I still use a mouse for coloring not a fancy drawing tablet.

@blackmoonrose13: I was half joking lol. It doesn't make me feel inferior, but I've tried coloring with a mouse, and it looked like a 5 year old with a sugar rush colored it.

So, I just stick with paint pens, and colored pencils now lol.
