Lurker's character seems awfully fearsome. So although she scares me --- wins my vote.

Perhaps you could call her "Fearsome" if you ever put her in a webcomic?

@fiesty_badger6: Thanks, her fearsome attitude is just a fecade. She knows she's in way over her head.

I really like panyo's, but I'll go with FrischDVH though. It's like. Deathstroke with a cooler name and better color scheme.

Blair Kitty's character seem like fun, thats my vote :D

great entries, very tough to decide..I like the dual powered blade idea from cloudzackvincent a lot, as well as the energy daggers from IcePrince. But it was between Payno and Frisch, who I simply love their styles to begin with.

But I am going with FRISCH for the win. Sabre totally looks like a 90's era Mercenary, and while I liked Payno's armor suit better, just really simple but placed in the right spots, shoulders,ribs, knees etc..it was the cape that was the downfall. Normally P is pretty precise with his lines, so I had to figure the straps on the arms were by design. A design that seems to hinder the characters movements. really very close, and it just came down to a silly detail lol

@mrfuzzynutz: Thanks for the comments. Just for the record, the cape is for ceremonial purposes only and is removed when in combat.

@payno: AH, see I wish I had asked first...because like I said, your very precise and detailed, so something with the shoulder stap was odd. But as you explained it, it makes perfect sense

@payno: Your style is always so clean and efficiently detailed. If you don't mind me asking, where did you learn to draw, and what is your drawing program of choice?

@thelurker: I'm a self taught artist (been drawing as long as I can remember). I usually use Photoshop for my artwork (and a Wacom tablet).

@payno: Wow, that's pretty much me in a nutshell! lol I'm currently working on my human anatomy and proportions.

Umm...this thread is over two months old. Perhaps a Mod like @shatterstar, @bumpyboo or @wildvine can help in some way?

@wildvine: OK. I know in the past when these situations have occurred Shatterstar would try to contact the contest winner and failing any response, he would start the theme for the next contest. Unless this contest completely ends.

Here's my thought, and I'm putting this out there for the community, what if we just let the winner up make the next contest? That seems fair to me.

@iceprince_x Are you still around to claim your win? If not we're going to move on.

@wildvine: Perhaps you didn't read what I wrote correctly. That is exactly what I am saying. It is up to the winner to decide the theme for the next contest. This situation, the winner ( IcePrinceX) has failed to start the next one. IF he fails to start the next contest after being contacted ( usually after a 2-3 day wait) a Mod OR the second runner-up starts the next one.

Unless I have miscounted (again) then @payno has leading votes after @iceprince_x who for unknown reasons never claimed their victory. Its been a few months now, so unless IcePrince claims his victory by tomorrow I would give the win to Payno, unless the community has objections to this.
