So i was Scrolling on my Facebook Newsfeed and i saw a few fan arts pictures of Batman's Arkham Rogues after a couple hours of searching i found the artistes who made these his their names are Roy Westerman and Phil Cho You can find them on Deviant Art some of these are amazing

Ya know Arkham guard has got to be the worst job ever. I mean if you only had two options crime or guard- you almost gotta go with crime...just numbers wise you far less likely to get your face broken by one of the Bats on any random night compared to 5 days a week with all the rouges. I know there are stories that explain Gotham's widespread corruption as one reason for constantly escaping inmates,but is there a story where the reason is just lack of staff or a union strike or something?
