Williams went ham on this one. That Donna Troy pic makes me nostalgic.

Brett Booth makes awesome pinups, but his interior art often feels weird in recent comics, like it needs some evolving from the 90s. I guess I'm being mega-critical, but that's only because Nightwing AND Backlash are two of my favorite characters of all time, so I hold Booth in a high regard. More of a compliment than a criticism, if you will.

Hopefully Nightwing won't be that way, but I'm cautious.

Regardless, this week was pretty good.

I always liked Terry Dodson's style and that KP picture is awesome. Now that Disney owns Marvel I'd love to see them put out a Kim Possible book. Would be awesome, especially since the show is no longer being made. Maybe it's Kim's adventures as an adult kinda thing.

Suuuuper excited about Dr. Fate in Earth 2. Designs look good, too.

We have seen many great artists in the new 52.IMO the best artists are Greg Capullo(Batman),Brett Booth(Teen Titans), Bernard Chang(Demon Knights),Cliff Chiang(Wonder Woman),Ivan Reis(Aquaman,Justice League),Francis Manapul(The Flash),J.H. Williams III(Batwoman),Yanick Paquette(Swamp Thing) and Mikel Janin(JLD).I am not really into the ranking game.I like all of their works.

Wish I could draw well...if I tried to draw stuff like this they'd look like stick figures with weird heads.

If Booth doesn't use that design for Nightwing, I'm gonna kick him in the noots.

DC should've used his initial design for Red Robin, too. Hell, they should've had him be the lead costume Jim Lee. Everything he's done in regards to character designs has been spot on.

And on a somewhat related note, DC needs to put Al Garza on Teen Titans.

I do too. I can't understand how anyone can like his work. But then again, I adore David Aja, and some people don't understand that.

I don't hate it stuff, but the elongated faces really bother me. There's not enough variation between characters in his work, for my liking.
