Alizarin Crimson Fan Art

A colored sketch I did of the character "Alizarin Crimson" from AC Comics' "Femforce" title.

Nice. Reminds me of characters from Flash Gordon, Buck Rogers, or even Conan. Could fit a few different eras.

@cbishop: Yeah, her costume is evocative of those properties. Never thought about it but I can see your observation.

Kind of reminiscent of a Dejah Thoris design to a small degree in my mind, at least concerning her costume with the skimpy attire and bracelets and brassiere.

@heroup2112: That is very nice of you to say. Thank You. No one has told me that before and I am trying to improve using ink brush pens and brushes.

@decept_o: I can see that you're not where you want to be with it, but I can also see that you're hitting some good marks with it. You've definitely done a good job with most of your brush strokes, especially the hard to pull off curls at the edges of the smoke.

@heroup2112: Thanks for your input. Yeah, smoke curls, smoke clouds, clouds, fog, and magic blasts and the like, all a challenge to create. I really don't want to imitate nor copy anyone else but give them my own take. It is a challenge all the way around.
