    Turok and company investigate an attack on a family and the disappearance of a little girl in a wilderness area and the investigation leads to an old enemy of Turok's.

    Some dinosaurs are running amok in Gauley Bridge, West Virginia. There is also a tribe (Clan of the Spider People) who kidnap a little girl. With this news the government sends in Turok (and company) and the expert paleontologist, Darwin Challenger. Once in Gauley Bridge they soon find themselves between being dinosaur food and the hostile Spider People.

    Note the Skoal and L.L. Beaners CommentI'm just not sure about this new story line. Turok starts out in a museum where there are bone of Native Americans. He obviously gets upset, but it just lacked the emotion somehow even with Turok weeping. It seemed (for lack of a better word) campy in a way. It reminded me of the weeping Indian in the littering commercial from the 1980s Turok has the Son of Stone name because of the lack of emotion he has.
