Formerly known as The Riverfront, The District is one of the hottest areas in St. Louis. It is where all the vampire-owned and operated business are located. (Except the Church of Eternal Life, which was purposely built far away from The District.) It is located just off of I-70 and covers an area many blocks, in an older part of the city. The streets are narrow and were designed for horses.. not cars. That's one reason people believe the vampires chose the area.
The District is made up of mostly nighttime businesses only. Finding a parking space in the daytime is easy but at night.. you might have to walk several blocks to get to one of the clubs.
