Dagon, Hellebore, Murder Master and Battalion join Flamebird and the Protector to help the time-displaced Sanangelopolis, while Terra, Wonder Boy, Green, Human Mystery, and Aqualad protect the Sanangelopolis coastline. As the heroes protect civilians from time-displaced hazards, the mysterious creator of the Team Titans, Hank Hall, prepares to make his final move.
