    J. J. Davis first met Adrian Chase before he became Vigilante and was the New York City District Attorney.  J. J. was engaged to a woman who was raped by William Stryker.  J. J. is a computer wiz-kid and weapons expert for the Vigilante. He built the Vigilantes motorcycle and other weapons as well as tap into security files to get information on Vigilante's investigations.
