In the Batman comic strip: costumed criminal Edward Nigma, AKA the Riddler, just can't catch a break. With a weak gimmick and a string of failures, he's the biggest loser in Gotham. That is, until he finds a briefcase loaded with over a million dollars! What he doesn't realize is that the case is stolen from the government, and also happens to contain a deadly biological weapon which could destroy the whole city!
