    Overview

    Frequently used by villains in their attempts to subvert the abilities of Superheroes. Since villains are often subject to close scrutiny by their nemeses they will often employ a black market system to obtain goods and services that, if discovered, would bring unwanted early attention to themselves and be thwarted.
