    Cover The cover is not good at all. Even though the concept of seeing Wonderman and not knowing in till you read the story it is Wonderman.     Issue 2 in this new Avengers series didn't impress me much. I really loved the first issue, but something about this issue just didn't feel right with me. I have to say that the story by Brian Bendis was pretty good, i actually like where he's taking this series so far. The art on the other hand... What can i say, the art just looked rushed, and the characters were just badly drawn. I've always liked John Romita Jr's art, but now it seems that his style is devolving.     ...but John Romita Jr is a good comic book artist.  Hate all you want, the man has drawn a ton of comics over the years, and most of them are pretty easy on the eyes.  Perhaps what some people don't like about him is the fact that his art is not part of the seemingly new movement of a 'realistic' or 'cinematic' approach; his is a distinct old-school style.  He's drawn most of these characters in their solo books, and it's a real treat to see them all together here 'under his pen,' so to speak.  ...
