    Her main works are Dykes To Watch Out For and Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic. In Fun home, she mainly tells of her life, and of her father.

    She has also made a graphic novel Love Life: A Case Study (2011).

    Personal Life

    Bechdel was born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Both of her parents were teachers.

    She attended Simons Rock college. In 1981, she graduated from Oberlin college.
