The Flash Rogues Gallery has had enough. The team of villains is ready to remind the world why they're not to be messed with in this title collecting their return in FINAL CRISIS: ROGUES' REVENGE #1-3 as well as stories from THE FLASH #182 and #197.

    Final Crisis: Rogues' Revenge

After the murder of Bart Allen, the Rogues have been on the run for months. Tired of running and hiding, they decide to hang up their costumes and retire. But upon finding out that Inertia is back, the Rogues decide to postpone the retirement and break the rule of not killing a speedster one more time. Setting out to find Inertia and kill him, the Rogues are forced to confront bad memories, old enemies, and even new ones.

Absolute Zero ( The Flash #182)

Captain Cold's sister is dead and the man who did it is going to pay. Geoff Johns' reveals the origins of Captain Cold, from his childhood, to his early days as a criminal, to his early days as Captain Cold; from being a criminal, to trying to be a good guy, to returning to a life of crime - all while also telling the story of Captain Cold's quest to find his sister's killer and get revenge.

Rogue Profile: Zoom ( The Flash #197)

Hunter Zolomon awakens in a hospital bed and begins to remember what happened and, more importantly, why it happened. Zolomon begins to retrace the events in his life that led to the position he finds himself in now. He thinks back to his childhood and the first tragedy in his life: the murder of his mother by his father. From there, he goes through the following years and more tragedies that left him broken, alone, and moving to Central City - where he would meet Wally West, the then-current Flash. Knowing Flash could use the Cosmic Treadmill to travel in time, Hunter begs him to help him go back to his past and prevent some of the terrible events that have happened. After the Flash refuses, Hunter decides to try it himself. But there was an accident - the Cosmic Treadmill exploded. And now Hunter Zolomon is in the hospital. And now Hunter Zolomon finds himself with the same powers Wally West has. And so Zoom is born.
