Tyros the Terrible is doing a pretty good job of taking on the Thing and Human Torch, but Doctor Doom wants him to wait for Mr. Fantastic to arrive.
He finds out the hard way that a deranged cosmically powered Terrax is impossible to keep under thumb, and it is only with the help of the Silver Surfer that the battle comes to an end!
This is truly a superior story. The cover tells it all, as it appears as if Doctor Doom has been incinerated and all that remains of him is his mask. This takes place before the Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars, which confused some readers about Von Doom's appearance therein.
The Namor subplot continues in Alpha Flight #4 - Resolutions!. Reed Richards is absent as he has been abducted from Avengers Mansion to stand trial for saving the life of Galactus.
