So the new X-Treme X-Men volume with Dazzler, it's a rag-tag team of heroes from different corners of the multiverse who bounce from reality to reality righting wrongs and trying to get along? All it needs is Blink, a tallus on someone's arm, and a new version of the timebroker and you'd be reading the Exiles.

If Marvel wanted to have this book succeed they should have brought back the Exiles and re-ignited some creative license with the characters that have been dropped for so long. I am picking up this book already, and Dazzler is bad@ss in it, but not enough is being done to push it.

I want Blink -- I want Nocturne - I want lots and lots of characters to be brought in. Then again, I am expecting too much, aren't I?

@lykopis: Well, marvel let claremont absolutely kill exiles and then gave it to jeff parker to salvage but cancelled it like two issues in -_-

Yeah -- I try to stay loyal to Claremont (just because he was the first writer I encountered) but there is no defending what he did to Exiles near the end. I just read it earlier this summer and it was painful.

@X35: I agree completely. I had some hopes for the lasest Exiles series, but they just canceled it.

I kinda like the series, but yes I already knew it was doomed from the start. At least the God costumes are awesome.

I didn't have high hopes, but read it because of Dazzler and I have to say I enjoyed it. I really liked Howlett and Cyclops. In fact, I'd love if Marvel took my idea for the X-treme X-men's Cyclops and had him return to the 616 with Dazzler and take up the Basilisk persona of Cyclops' from Age of X.
