The reprinting of Evil Ernie 3 from 1992 with some new additional cover art and black and white art after the main story.
Ernie's rampage begins as Mary races to the hospital to see whats gone wrong. She finds Price still tied up in a padded cell, the only person to survive the massacre. moments later they are attacked by Ernie's Dead Onez.
Ernie's infection starts to spread and people killed by his zombies come back as zombies themselves and attack people themselves moments following death.
Ernie gives praise to Lady Death, who revels in the murder and destruction her minion has started.
Price and Mary find their way to Ernie and confront him but are unable to do him any damage and are pushed back by his undead as they regroup to think of a new plan to defeat this menace.
