    Do people think that Emma isactually dead in the ultimate universe? 
    afterall she did have the diamond form (or Crystal form in the UU ) 
     ive not read Ultimatum yet and was wondering how it was she "dies" and could she return in ultimate X? 
    Also on a side note does anybody know where in the ultiamte x-men books the reason behind Xaviers cat's name is revieled?

    Personally, I suspect that most Ultimate characters will be resurrected.  Since SO many of them were killed, it seems likely that many of them wont actually stay dead... or weren't really dead.

    Ultimatum was a big mistake. It seems to me that it was made for shock value, not for actual story.

    I hope Emma is still alive as id like the plot threads that were set up in Ultimate x-men #88 where we see Emma going into the hellfire club 
    I personally would like to see how they would work the White Queen role into the Ultimate universe.   
    In Ultiamtum do we actually see the Acadamy of Tomorrow destroyed?

    does anyone think that Emma had telepathy in the ultimate verion? because right back when she was introduced and she was telling the U.S government what her powers were she was cut off mid sentance. what do you guys think?

    They have said that they will stay dead, and they can actually do it this universe since it's not the main Marvel U, and the reason they killed off so many people is so they could bring in new ones, sorry but Ultimate Emma's dead.

    IMO she is still alive, im yet to read Ultimatum, so i cant really say but i hope she isnt dead  
    id really like to see how they would play out the hellfire clubs inner circle with Emma, Selene, Leland, Pierce and then bring in some of the others aswell like sunspot

    About the tp thing. I think its quite possible she had a certain degree of it but was never given the chance to show it.

    i hope that they re introduce her, saying that her Diamond form could withstand an explosion (which it could)  
    and i also think that they should give her the telepathy, maybe have an issue showing her when she first came the xaviers school asking for it to be supressed and the schock of losing all her students destroys the blocks charles put in.

    yeah they should but, i think if they did bring her back or say that she never died (she could of put the thought in madrox's head that he was holding her) and then bring in the hellfire club like they were in the 80's working behind the scenes poping up for a few issues here and there

    OOh never mind I know what your saying, she could of manage to survive by using her latent telepathic powers. LOL xD
     
    But in Ultimatum Requiem they showed her dead body.

    damn it, the thing is though there was alot they could have done with her character and with the way she was last activaly seen in ultimate x-men it looked to me as though she was the head of the hellfire club

    i didnt think the ulitmate x-men became a parody of 616, yeah some of the last arcs were off a bit but every comic has bad arcs.  
    this is why the X-men shouldnt get involved in major title spanning crossovers they should just stay to themselves

    Jean, Rogue, and Iceman buries the body of the mutant who died during the destruction. And somewhere above the page you see Emma Frost's body. But I still don't get why Psylocke died.

    ultimate U started reflecting 616 to much.  It started out so fresh and got so blah blah.  I like that they tried to rec things up a bit.  It always seemed to be the more agressive universe of the two.  Doing things with characters that they would be doing if they were to come out now.  It's more modern, and not every character is squeeky clean.

    i got ultimate x-men's ultimatum book yesturday and i thought it was ok.  i get what people mean when they say that it reflects the 616 universe the main example is Jean i think just in the way she behaves it reminded me so much of how she was back in 616.   
     
    and Charmix i prefer the 616 version too, she just has much more character depth imo, however, we've not really seen enough of emma in the ultimate universe to really judge what sort of character she would be.  im still annoyed that they never followed up on Emma's involvement in the hellfire club, but then i guess thats going back to just reflecting the 616 universe.
