Drax and Ronan have quite the history, which is mentioned in the Guardians of the Galaxyfilm, but never shown. In the upcoming animated series Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, fans get all their favorite GotG characters in brand new adventures.

And on Marvel's YouTube page, to prepare everyone for the September premiere of the show, they released a couple of videos featuring the origin of Drax and his connection to Ronan. Check them out for yourself and watch Drax do some destroying.

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy premieres on Saturday, September 26 at 9:30 PM ET on Disney XD.

So am I feeling that Drax was abit humane. I mean ,from what I heard from comic version, Drax would have slit the alien's dad throat right on the spot...with glee.

Or I am thinking about Bendis version, which Man of Action might have hated him for making DnA's Drax into a psychopath along with Rocket Racoon.

Three time marvel/Disney fail to make a good animated show, O don't know why I should try a fourth especially is for having a copy cat of the movie.

Except Peter Quil has a gun as a kid, probably combination J'Son but with radioactive sperm. Depends if Peter's mom was hospitalized for cancer or got shot by alien assassin. To be fair, I was suprised since I was hoping for flanderizing Drax and Rocket into bloodthirsty manchild. I mean if that was Bendis' Drax, that alien's throat would be sliced..with a smile of Drax's face.

Was it General Horace Warfield voicing Drax?

When Disney acquired Marvel I was hoping for an improvement in it's cartoons.. I didn't foresee them being worst than ever, maaaan these are crap.
