Not a problem for hit. Black isn't the fighter goku is and wouldn't be able to come up with a counter.

Goku only survived because he was clever with his Ki blast and used it to revive himself and used the knowledge from the first round to try and take down Hit in round 2, which still ended in a draw.

So far as we have seen, Black has trained himself in only combat and cutting techniques, none of which would be useful against one such as Hit. Since it has been shown that Black took some time to get used to even being able to track Ki, Hit's near complete invisibility from being sensed, intangibility in his pocket dimension, and ability to attack through all defenses puts almost no success for Black to win.
