@matmatxm8: I still don't know what the point of this thread is. It doesn't prove he could stop a full out nuclear war between the U.S. and Russia. So that point still stands. The Cuban Missile Crisis deals with a handful of nukes being placed in Cuba, not the entirety of the Russian Nuclear arsenal. So please stop this nonsense. So please once again stop this because it's against battle forum rules, because this is not a battle.

@matmatxm8: Like I said before, this does not prove he can stop the entirety of the nuclear arsenal of Russia and America if they were to go to Nuclear war. Why do you think that Ozymandias told Kennedy not to use Manhattan? It is because Russia and other countries would be scared and might resort to a nuclear holocaust, which most people believe Mr. Manhattan couldn't stop. Being able to stop a nuclear incident at one location does not equate to being able to stop all nuclear incidents from occurring. They already said in the original comic that Mr. Manhattan cannot be in all places at once.

I'm generally really open to what can be considered a battle but this topic is really stretching it...

@matmatxm8: Making copies of yourself doesn't mean your omnipresent. Ozymandias already commented that even if less than 1% of the nukes went through everyone would be dead.

In the original comic it says he could only stop 90% of Russia's nuclear arsenal so umm yeah. Do you know about the Cuban Missile crisis because quite a lot of characters could have stopped that, its like saying because I can stop two guys I can beat a whole frickin warehouse of them.
