    Origin

    Dr. Doom is a mad scientist who, at an unrevealed date in the future, attempts to take over the solar system through the use of his diabolical inventions including such things as a shrink ray, eletro-mind control device and various monster making machines. He is opposed by Jan and Wanda.

     

    Creation

    Dr. Doom was modeled after Dr. Fu Manchu a popular villain at the time of his creation.
