    History.

    Return to the Mad Dog Ward.

    When Doctor Hope was sent to City Hospital, Brainstorm and several of the other Mad Dogs were transferred there as well, and Hope continued his experiments on them.

    After the investigation of Daily Bugle reporter Maggie Lorca, the hospital administrators were forced to shut down the Mad Dog ward.

    They then decided to moved out Dr. Hope to another psychiatric institute.
