Doom is obviously one of the most popular and memorable villains in Marvel comics but has anyone captured his voice perfectly? In your opinion who comes to mind as the definitive voice actor for Victor Von Doom? My memory of the 60's and 90's voices is a bit fuzzy but my gut reaction is to say Clive Revill in Marvel Ultimate Alliance video game. To me he captured the perfect balance of grandiose super villainy and seething menace that I associate with Doom. It was appropriately over-the-top. I'm sure there are a wide variety of answers and I wanted to hear them before shooting for a poll to this exact topic.

Hands down, without a doubt, RALPH JAMES who voiced Doctor Doom in the 1981 Spider-man cartoon. Just right amount of voice modulation added to give a wounderful metallic resonance to his voice. Check out youtube Spiderman episode "Countdown to Doom" at 4:21 he gives a nice monologue. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcNBOf8CsYw

I always liked his voice in Avengers: Earth Mightest Heroes.
