I think he should be played by Dylan Sprayberry. Maybe an elder version by Matt Bomer, otherwise like Hayden Christensen, Jake Gyllenhaal, Tyler Posey, Armie Hammer or Colton Haynes.

I think that Dylan Sprayberry could be either young Dick Grayson, or Superboy.For elder I like most of the things you said (not Armie or Colton though) and instead, how about Brant Daughterly
