As the first Robin, Dick Grayson was the most famous sidekick in comic book history. As he ventured forth on his own, he formed the Teen Titans and became their leader. When the boy became a man, he became the independent hero known as Nightwing.
I don't really like them but right now they are the only good choice I can think of so why not. It would be nice to see if Nightwing/Dick finally gets his own villian.
I don't know if the Court of Owls will serve as the role of Hydra because Spyral is enemy right now. Dick Grayson is becoming a spy in order to stop Spyral from uncovering the secret identities of heroes so I think that the villain is going to come from within Spyral.
The problem with Owlman is that he really has more connection to Bruce than Dick, so becoming Dick's mortal enemy would seem a little odd. It could work for one story however, with some type of parallel drawn between him and Crime Syndicate Owlman, but not long term. The ideal situation would be for Saiko to return and take control of the Court. Though the Court also operates in Gotham City, so that would require Dick to move back there, which I personally don't mind at all.

I agree.
Saiko was pretty interesting, he has a very good reason for disliking Dick and it saddens me that he never lived up to his full potential.
I like them. It sounds like a great idea. if he stayed Nightwing and continued his solo I thought they would be his main villains(as his rogue gallery is bare). I'm not really up for Spiral(Spiral Zone wasn't that good back in the day) and think DC is rushing towards a reboot but ok.
@nathaniel_christopher: He seemed pretty obsessed with Grayson though. Even The Outsider had to remind him that it wasn't the same Grayson as his own.
Not to the same extent as Bruce. Dick was more of a curiosity than anything else. His big beef, that realistically will probably be explored down the line depending on the writers, was with Bruce, and the mystery surrounding their connection. Even if he faced Dick at some point, it'd probably be to get to Bruce somehow.
