    An executed man has come back from the dead to embark on a killing spree, with only Robin to stop him.

    After a brief tussle with the Electrocutioner, Robin convinces him to let he and Batman help in tracking down Galvan, a murderer with electric-based powers of his own. Batman manages to track down Galvan but he escapes and heads for his next victim - James Gordon.
