    Batman and Robin track down the dirigible with which Colonel Blimp has stolen a sub. Plus, “...When Velvet Paws Caress the Ground!” Batgirl captures the Velvet Tigers gang, but the Tiger herself escapes.

    Colonel Blimp is stealing American warships and holding them ransom. Batman and Robin must figure out where Colonel Blimp is hiding the ships and how to stop him before he steals more of them.

    This is continuation of Batman #352.

    Batman is in our nations capital.  He investigating the theft of some naval vessels.  He quickly find out that Colonel Blimp is behind it.  It's using Zeppelins to hijack the ships and transport them off to places unknown.  This is a continuation from the story in Batman #352.  (or so it appears). This story was just a little to... oh, I don't know... cheesy?  In a mater of three panels, Batman has figured out where the ships must be hidden.  Somewhere in the Arctic... oh, and since it's butt co...
