    1. "THE FLYING BATMAN": (Batman) Bruce and Dick attend a lecture by a bat expert talking about making bat-like wings for humans they spot a fugitive they had been hunting in the crowd. a quick change and the duo move to apprehend the crook but a stray bullet cuts Batman's rope and he falls, getting knocked out. he dreams that the bat expert's wings work and Batman gets wings.
    2. CAPTAIN TOOTSIE: (Tootsie Roll add)
    3. "THE SECOND ROBOTMAN": (Robotman)
    4. "THE LAND OF LOST YEARS": (Impossible -- But True) a new feature introduced in this issue about Roy Ramond, the hoast of a TV show that shares its name with this feature. in this first story, he treks to a valley where men are said to age years in minutes.
