if deathstroke can regenerate, why is he still missing an eye?

lets hear some theories

It happened before he got his healing factor I think.

theoretically, he should still be able to heal it though (i think)

when i watched heroes hrg shoot by mohinder his eye quickly healed

because it makes him look cool, so why would the writers get rid of that?

i thought this was about that new movie!! lol so anyone else wanna see it cause i really do

You would think he would have bad aim with only one eye.

His wife shot it out and the eye has never healed. Maybe an emotional wound that can't heal, since he has regenerated an entire body other than the eye.

The one eye bad aim thing...when most people are aiming carefully they close one eye anyway, but I mean all his sense are so enhanced, I'd imagine that he can use sound and his super vision in his good eye to compensate. Now my theory on the eye things is that (other then the writers not wanting to get rid of one of his trademark features) when his wife shot him and it got him in the eye, the bullet stayed lodged in there somewhere. So even if it did heal over it, it possibly healed around the bullet instead of actually healing outwards and pushing the bullet out. So even though his eye healed the bullet is still lodged in there prevent his eye from healing 100% thus taking the vision permanently.

Love Deathstroke but could he possibly be at his best with both eyes? The fact that he has one eye doesn't seem to slow him down in the least but I wonder...could he be even more effective he had both?

He looks cool either way but i'd love it if his eye would heal back

I always thought that the bullet was stuck in there and that's why it can't regenerate
