Deathstroke the Terminator is wanted by the law and is on the run from not only police but also the Titans!

Total Chaos part 1 of 9. Deathstroke, growing weaker and weaker, is being hunted by the C.I.A. and by the New Titans. Nightwing has split up the Titans and sent them undercover throughout New York City, coordinating everything with Wintergreen. The undercover Nightwing and Starfire are robbed by a pick-pocket gang of small kids, which calls their notice to Deathstroke. Deathstroke is also targeted by the same gang of kids, and when Deathstroke realizes it, the fight draws Nightwing and Starfire’s attention. The kids steal Deathstroke’s equipment, and the mercenary hunts them down for it, managing to escape from the two Titans. He finds the kids, who are under the thumb of a local crime boss. Deathstoke takes out the crime boss, but his sickness catches up to him. Deathstroke passes out in the sewers on the way to S.T.A.R. Labs.

Meanwhile, the Team Titans have come back in time to kill Donna Troy before her son can become the world dictator Lord Chaos. Redwing has been captured by the Titans, but Mirage is still disguised as Starfire. Donna goes into labor, and she and Terry Long go to the S.T.A.R. Labs hospital. The real Starfire has escaped her prison, while the fake Starfire (Mirage) arrives at S.T.A.R. Labs to kill Donna Troy.
