same team who did saints row
F*ck yeah
Umm.... no it's not.
The Saint's Row franchise was developed by Volition.
The Deadpool game is being developed by High Moon Studios. They are best known for their excellent Transformers games: War for Cybertron and it's sequel Fall of Cybertron.

Dying to play this.
Not liking Deadpool's voice all that much but I don't think it'll hinder my overall enjoyment of the game.
his voice was much better in the first trailer, in this one the voice actor is overdoing it a bit. But maybe that's because we're getting so much of the loud over the top stuff, there was no balance.

All the trailers I've seen are just emphasizing how hilarious Deadpool is.
Nothing about gameplay.
That's kind of a red flag for me.
It's pretty lame that I learned the basic gameplay mechanics from an interview instead of a trailer.
When video games try to focus on the comedy the gameplay usually takes a hit. I'm a fan of the Duke Nukem series, and since the long awaited next gen entry got terrible reviews I waited until just a few days ago when I found it for an unprecedented $3.59 pre-owned at gamestop, and honestly it's not all that bad, certainly worth what I paid for the laughs if for nothing else. So as long as Deadpool is at least tolerable to play and makes with the funny I will definitely be looking forward to finding it for $20 a year after it's released.
Who else but Deadpool?
I'd like to know what's with all that bizarre temple stuff? Does he get sent to the Savage Land?
Ok Yeah, some funny jokes and alot of expolsions. But this told me nothing about the game....based on that, this is a rental...maybe...after reading the reviews...maybe
I hope playing Deadpool in this game is going to be as much fun as it was in Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2. (loved the granates!) :-) But honestly I think it's not gonna happen and this Deadpool-hype is going way too far in my opinion (though I loved his character development in Uncanny X-Force) ...
I'm really worried about this game. I'm hoping, no, praying that this won't turn out to be another Duke Nuke'm mistake. I have faith in High Noon studios but not in the writer, and if he's spear heading the game then is it fucked? I also didn't see that much game play, albeit I am very stoked to see Deadpool in his own game I hate this "teeter totter" feeling I'm getting from it. For the love of god do NOT fuck this up.
Day one purchase? Heck yeah!
