    Very Nice Finish

Honestly, I expected this volume to end like the Circle Chase: a little rushed and leaving the reader unsure of how things end. Instead, the issue is nicely paced for a finale and things are wrapped up rather nicely.

The fights are toned down, as they were for the whole volume, since Deadpool is still struggling with his healing powers. This gives Deadpool ample opportunity to sling his one-liners around. Deadpool also gets some further heart-to-heart time with Siryn. All-in-all, this issue helps cap off the first really good characterization of Deadpool.

My only qualm with this issue is the shared pencils of Ian Churchill and Ken Lashley. The two do not have a similar style. (I lean more towards Churchill's style.) Worse yet, someone either forgot to tell Churchill that Siryn's shirt was ripped open (he does not draw her with such) or tell Lashley that they scrapped the Siryn's ripped shirt thing (he inexplicably exposes her upper chest in his panels).

So really, this is a solid issue with some production/editorial issues.
