Damien. He already knows what to do vs a Kryptonian. Jon is still new to his powers and his mindset is completely different than Damien's. Jon is an immature and naive child while Damien is a trained killer with a warrior's mentality.

Bassed on their argument in the cave, and the fact they have not become any stronger or weaker since then in terms of ability, tactics, and physical strength, they would both kill each other if the fight is uninterrupted.
