DC Comics
Originally known as "National Publications", DC is a publisher of comic books featuring iconic characters and teams such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Justice League of America, and the Teen Titans, and is considered the originator of the American superhero genre. DC, along with rival Marvel Comics, is one of the "big two" American comic book publishers. DC Entertainment is a subsidiary of Warner Brothers and its parent company Warner Media.
Graphic Novels and Animated Films Come Together for the DC Comics Collection
Was looking at Earth 2 and Wonder Woman. I kind of wish they would put out a Red Hood version, though I already own that blu-ray.
This is such a great cross promotion idea. Both DC and Marvel should do more stuff like this. For me personally, this holds a lot of interest, since many of the stories that have cartoon adaptations are things I've never read, so it will give me the opportunity to compare them to the source material. Hopefully these are successful enough that they start doing this with new release films as well.
@titanbreaker: It's the inaugural arc on Wonder Woman vol. 2 from 1987, drawn and written by George Peréz.
It's a collection of batman short stories from many differnt artists and wrothers. It's spectacular.

Good way to sell those horrible New52 Films.
Only 1 out of 6 is a New 52 film/book.
Though I don't disagree that JL: War is a weak animated film, not because its New 52, it just isn't as good as other animated films.
Actually, the Doomsday film, which I believe is actually the very first DC Animated Film made(?), is also a sucky movie. Superman sounds like he's on Xanax for the most of the film, and its a horrible adaptation of the story.
All the other movies are really good though.
But I get it. Repackage, make some revenue. Nothing wrong with that.
