Spider-Man and Daredevil are friends. Daredevil knows that Spider-Man is Peter Parker. And Spider-Man knows Matt Murdock is Daredevil. Now both heroes find themselves caught at the crossroads of their vengeance, forced into the postion of protecting the Kingpin of Crime from an emeny they never imagined.

The crimelord the Owl is making a play for power yet again. Daredevil meets with his informant in jail, Jack Abbot and tries to warn him to stay away from the expected chaos.
