    How does he not bleed to death when he pops those out, they should counteract his healing factor so logically he should die from prolonged use

    The Tinkerer anchored Muramasa claws to adamantium sheaths to them to keep it from contacting his body, and they were not bonded to him, causing them to be fragile. They naturally act as a channel of course so he doesn't have to rupture his flesh either.
