Well, last time I checked, Cable was the real deal, and Stryfe was cloned from Cable early on by the Askani in case Cable didn't survive the Techno Virus, but he did, and Stryfe grew up believing himself to be the real deal, as was told in the xcutioners song!

His children from X-Men: The End are from an alternate future. Ruby Summers is from an alternate timeline.
He only has one child that he has actually physically fathered (which is Cable). The others are his children / genetic offspring from alternate timelines (except Stryfe, who is a clone of Cable). He has interacted at length with all of them except Ruby Summers, who has from Bishop's future, where Layla Miller is currently trapped. Layla has interacted with Ruby, but Cyclops (from Earth-616) never has.

They're genetically identical, but they're not the same characters - allthough Stryfe and X-Man are his sons, they weren't techincally conceived. So, only MG, Cable and Ruby Summers are his actual children, two of which are the only ones exist in current 616 reality. That's one child for each woman he's been with.

He only has ONE... Cable... the rest are from a Alternate Universe... and surprisingly Cable doesnt exist on those Nate Grey is Scotts Baby on that Universe(Hes a clone kinda... he was Genetically altered by Sinister) Rachel Grey is that Universes Scott baby(Scotts baby if he... uh... created it with Jean instead of MAdolyn) Ruby Summers... etc... u get the point(Scotts baby is he... U kno... with Emma) Cable is his Only Son... the rest are alt universe so they dont count... IMO... there kinda... IMO... That Universes Cable... so... its Jus Cable... the Original
Well, you have the well known kids: Cable and his twin Stryfe, and their lil brother Nate Grey (who are basically triplets..since their 3 versions of the exact same guy, but all call him dad.) Rachel Grey. Those are all the kids that Jean gave him, now as for Emma...well we have: Ruby Summers, Megan, Samantha, Alex Jr., and their two twin daughters. All are mutants, and all seem to have some kinda powerful blast or another. Think i got them all, but this is Scott...
